- How to buy
Please enter the webshop, and choose your product. Then press the button “ADD TO CART”, and after this, click "CHECKOUT”. All the fields with the sign * have to be filled out. Then press “CONTINUE”. If you wish another delivery address than your billing address, please choose the button “ADD NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS”. If not, press “CONTINUE”. Press “CONTINUE” again. Your order will now appear, and you can proceed to the payment. Enter your creditcard number, complete with the security digits (three numbers at the back of your card), as well as your creditcard’s expiration date.
Put a check in the box for order confirmation, and then press the button “COMPLETE ORDER”.
Your order is now completed, and you will receive an orderconfirmation in your mailbox.
- Shipping & Delivery
Products bought from LIEBESHOP.EU will generally be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the product ordered and the destination. If a product is sold-out or on back-order, we reserve the right to deliver the complete order together. If this is the case, you will be notified by mail. All packages sent from LIEBESHOP are delivered in standard postal boxes. Shipping and delivery charges follow the rates of PostNord, nationally and internationally, and will be charged to the order via credit card.
- Returns Policy
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REGRET YOUR PURCHASE, AND RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. THE PRODUCT SHALL BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS DELIVERED, UNOPENED AND UNUSED. REMEMBER THIS BEFORE YOU OPEN THE PRODUCT. FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN IN USE.
IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, OR SEND THE PRODUCT TO US. REMEMBER IT IS YOU WHO WILL PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE. WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WE WILL CREDIT THE AMOUNT DIRECTLY TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN PURCHASED GOODS, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITH AN EMAIL TO LIEBEWORKSHOP@GMAIL.COM , INCLUDING NAME OF PRODUCT, YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS. THANK YOU!
Please take care when unpacking & repacking.
On returned products we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
- Defect Products
Should a product be defective upon arrival, or due to faulty production, we will gladly replace it with the same type of product. Simply send the defect product to us, with information about the defect, and include the receipt of purchase and your order number. If we cannot substitute with the same product, we will return your money. If you need help with the reclamation process, or have questions about your product, we will be happy to assist you.

Responsible for data in LIBESHOP is the owner Susan Liebe. We need your name and address for delivery of the products. We also ask for your email and telephone number, in case we need to communicate about the delivery. We keep the order information stored for 5 years, as the law demands. All information is confidential, and will NEVER be shared with a third party. As registered, you have the right to oppose the registration, according to the law of personal data. Personal data are transmitted and stored encrypted. We use general statistics, to monitor the traffic on the site, where the traffic is coming from and where it exits the site.Payment, Pricing & PromotionsPayment can be made with VISA card, VISA electron, Dankort, Mastercard. When you pay with your card online, same terms apply as any purchase with the card, If your card is abused on the internet, and you have no part of this, you shall not pay this amount. When the payment has been made, LIEBESHOP will send you a mail with a receipt for the purchase. The receipt contains an order number, and a transaction ID, that shall be kept for returns or reclamation. REMEMBER TO SAVE THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
